CENTURY 21 Greece & Cyprus, the master franchisor of CENTURY 21® System in Greece and Cyprus took part at the 8th Franchise Exhibition KEM 2008 of northern Greece, which was held at the Hayatt Regency Hotel, in Salonika, from the 31st of October to the 2nd of November, 2008.
The inauguration ceremony was held by the Prefect of Salonika, Mr Panayiotis Psomiades, in the presence of the entrepreneurial community and political representation from Greece.
The Exhibition hosted a large number of Greek and international franchise chains that presented their concepts to the visiting investing community of the northern Greece and the Exhibition attracted a significant number of investors from all over the world, as it was expected.
The Exhibition included a series of presentations and roundtable discussions by franchise experts of Greece. They covered various aspects of franchising including support service to potential franchisees.
During the Exhibition we also organized a seminar, where we presented the business proposal of CENTURY 21® to many business men, investors and real estate brokers of northern Greece and we discussed about the opportunities and the trends of the Greek real estate market. The seminar was organized on Monday, 03/11/2008, at 17:00, at Mediterranean Palace Hotel (3, Salaminos Street, Salonika).
Mr. Nikolaos Pratikakis, the Managing Director of CENTURY 21 Greece & Cyprus, said after the event: “We had the opportunities to discuss with many prospect franchisees from the northern Greece, which is absolutely in our basic developmental strategic plans. There is already an office of CENTURY 21® in Katerini and 2 more offices are preparing their launching in Salonika and Chalkidiki. We believe that the 8th Franchise Exhibition KEM 2008 will help us to find more remarkable prospect franchisees in northern Greece.” |
