CENTURY 21 Greece & Cyprus, the master franchisor of CENTURY 21® System in Greece and Cyprus, took part at the 5th Pancyprian Exhibition of Immovable Properties & Land Development-Property 2008, which was held at the Cyprus International State Fair, in Nicosia, from the 9th to the 11th of May, 2008.
The 5th Pancyprian Exhibition of Immovable Properties & Land Development-Property 2008 was inaugurated on Friday, 9 May 2008, at 18:00, at the Cyprus International State Fair, in the presence of the entrepreneurial community and political representation from Cyprus. The inauguration ceremony was held by the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, Mr Antonis Paschalides. During the inauguration ceremony, a short address was given by the President of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr Manthos Mavromatis.
The Exhibition hosted a large amount of the most successful and known companies of constructions, land developing, real estates, property evaluations and financing of Cyprus.
The 5th Pancyprian Exhibition of Immovable Properties & Land Development-Property 2008 was organised by IMH Creative Solutions and “Ακίνητα” newspaper and it was under the auspices of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Property 2008 was organized with Tourism 2008 Exhibition (General Exhibition Booth No. 3) and both expos hosted many parallel events (fashion shows, dancing bands etc).
Property 2008 attracted a significant number of investors, property buyers and sellers from Cyprus and all over the world.
Mr Demetris Rigos, Country Manager (Cyprus) of CENTURY 21 Greece & Cyprus, said: “Our franchisees collected many requests for real estate jobs during the exhibition and they will serve all of them with the known professionalism of CENTURY 21® System. We were also contacted by many business men, and soon we will be ready to announce the opening of new offices in Cyprus.” |
